At BASE, we really like to believe in the power of strength training. You'll be able to not just establish your basic knowledge over the concept of strength training, but also perform and excel along with our trusty coaches.
The perfect posture does not exist or if it exists it's temporary. 99% of the world's population has posture problems. And even though the human body adapts and can live with these posture deficiencies for an entire lifetime, it's probably not the healthiest thing for it and for you. But with the help of strength training, your whole body becomes stronger! Both the muscular and the skeletal systems are gaining power, and that also reflects in your body posture.
Strength training is based on 6 main physical movement patterns: Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Push, Pull and Carry.
Also, breathing is essential when it comes to strength training. By breathing correctly during trainings, the risk of injuries decreases almost completely. What is more, as you master the breathing techniques you will be able to see considerable results in your body posture.
