We’re really happy that you’d like to experience what’s happening at BASE | 2!
To make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible from the start, we’ve included all the essential information below:
Download the BASE – Barbell Club app (available in the App Store and Google Play).
The access to your account is based on the email address you received.
After installation, tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen to set a new password.
If you encounter any errors, we recommend logging out and logging back in.
Bookings open one day in advance, starting at 7:00 PM, and remain open until one hour before the class starts.
Go to the “Create Reservation” section and make sure that:

You select BASE 2 (use the red magnifying glass in the bottom right to apply filters).

You choose the appropriate period – “current week” or “next week” – so you can already access the class schedule starting today.
You can cancel a class at least 2 hours before it begins. If you cancel later or do not show up, a penalty will apply. After 3 penalties, access to online bookings will be restricted.
Upon arrival, it is important to check in on the tablet at reception. Your personal code (Self Code) can be found in the app under User Info (top right). The coach in the gym can assist you if needed.
