GABRIEL BUNEA
Coach
With over six years of dedicated CrossFit experience and a solid foundation in sports, including years of playing basketball, I bring both passion and precision to every training session. My journey through numerous CrossFit competitions has taught me what it truly takes — discipline, proper technique, and the right mindset — to grow, push limits, and unlock potential.
What drives me is more than just the workout itself. It's the process of transformation, both physical and mental, that fitness enables. I approach each session methodically, but with energy and enthusiasm, always aiming to create an environment where athletes — whether beginners or seasoned competitors — feel challenged, supported, and inspired.
Fitness isn’t just something I do. It’s a part of who I am. And my goal is to help others discover their own strength, one rep at a time

For me, the gym is the space where we become stronger and more resilient. I love having the opportunity to play an active role in the progress of the people I work with, and I take full responsibility for their development.
Still, the most meaningful moments are when they manage to push beyond their limits and bring outside the gym everything they’ve built inside it. Without a doubt, those are my absolute favorite moments.
I have 4 years of experience in strength and conditioning, a bachelor's degree in Sports and Motor Performance (Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Babeș-Bolyai University), and nearly 20 years of living and breathing sports. I'm here to help you reach the next level — whether that means running a marathon, conquering a new summit, lifting heavier weights, or achieving any other goal in between.
